1. OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All audio recordings, musical compositions, lyrics, 4.4K visuals, and television programming hosted on https://www.google.com/search?q=music.glovestv.com (the "Service") are the exclusive property of GLOVESTV Records. You acknowledge that this content is protected by international copyright laws and is for streaming only.

2. PROHIBITION OF RECORDING & CAPTURE You are strictly prohibited from recording, capturing, or ripping any content from the GLOVESTV platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Audio Recording: Use of internal loopback, stereo mix, or external hardware to record music.

• Screen Recording: Use of software (e.g., OBS, QuickTime) or mobile screen-capture tools to record Music Videos or TV Programs.

• Photography: Taking screenshots or photos of GLOVESTV-exclusive visuals.

3. NO RE-UPLOADING OR THIRD-PARTY HOSTING The "GLOVESTV Experience" is exclusive to our official channels.

• You may NOT download and re-upload GLOVESTV music or videos to social media (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).

• You may NOT host GLOVESTV content on your own personal or business website.

• Sharing links to our official site is encouraged; however, "embedding" our private Vimeo/Wix feeds on external sites without permission is a violation of these terms.

4. ILLEGAL SOFTWARE & CIRCUMVENTION The use of any "YouTube-DL," "Stream-Ripper," or other illegal downloading software to bypass our security measures is strictly forbidden. Any attempt to circumvent our Digital Rights Management (DRM) or "Unlock" features will result in a permanent IP ban from the GLOVESTV network.

5. MONITORING & ENFORCEMENT GLOVESTV utilizes digital watermarking and Global Content ID tracking. If our content is discovered on unauthorized platforms or social media accounts:

• An automatic Copyright Takedown (DMCA) will be issued.

• Your account/access to GLOVESTV will be terminated.

• We reserve the right to seek legal damages for commercial infringement.
